For the kind attention of our guests:

• 25% of the amount to be paid to confirm the tour. • Balance 75% to be paid before the commencement of the tour.
• In case of cancellation of the tour for reason beyond our control, our liability is limited to the refund of the amount collected.
• Disputes, if any will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Hon’ble High Court of Kerala.

• Smoking is banned in public places in Kerala
• Respect local laws, customs’ & traditions and enjoy the hospitality.
• Up gradation, change in itinerary or places of visit will not be permitted after the commencement of holidays. Any such requirements should be informed well before the tour starts and subject to availability of rooms/resorts/vehicle etc.
• Any disruption of services due to external factors or vehicle breakdown during journey, we will make all efforts to ensure customers are put to least difficulty and shifted to the next destination within the shortest possible time.
• Cancellation policy of participating hotels/resorts will be applicable.
