• 25% of the amount to be paid to confirm the tour. • Balance 75% to be paid before the commencement of the tour.
• In case of cancellation of the tour for reason beyond our control, our liability is limited to the refund of the amount collected.
• Disputes, if any will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Hon’ble High Court of Kerala.
